Rick Hellstrom

Rick Hellstrom is currently the Director - Autoinjector Platform Lead at Amgen, overseeing design and commercialization efforts for new autoinjector platforms. Previously, Rick held various roles at Amgen, including Senior Manager of Device Engineering and Manager of the Distribution Center in Global Supply Chain, where they managed complex projects and teams while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Prior to Amgen, Rick founded Ricarl Design, an engineering firm that provided comprehensive support for clients such as the U.S. military and Amgen. Rick is pursuing a Bachelors degree in Physics and Business Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Masters Certification in Project Management from Villanova University and California Lutheran University, respectively.
