Rita Algorri

Rita Algorri has extensive experience in regulatory affairs, having worked at Amgen from May 2019 to August 2023, where roles included Associate Director, Senior Manager, and Manager in Global Regulatory Affairs (CMC), as well as a Graduate Intern in the same field. Rita completed a PhD in Clinical and Experimental Therapeutics and a Master's in Regulatory Science at the University of Southern California, where research focused on the host immune response to Staphylococcus aureus. Additional contributions include serving as a Volunteer Content Writer for the American Society for Microbiology and co-founding Graduate Women in Science, where leadership roles spanned from Secretary to President.
