Roberto Rodriguez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and operations management across major corporations, including Johnson & Johnson, Amgen, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Roberto served as Manufacturing Systems Site Lead at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing systems and managing technical projects. At Amgen, Roberto held multiple leadership positions, including Business Performance Director and Cardiovascular Director Global Program Management, focusing on driving strategic initiatives and managing large-scale projects across various departments. Prior experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise involved leading manufacturing engineering efforts within the startup of the PHM Inkjet Business Unit.
