Ryan Benger

Ryan Benger has a degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Tampa, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Ryan began their career as a Customer Care Specialist at American Integrity Insurance Company from 2017 to 2019. They then joined Amgen, where they held multiple roles, including Site Manager, Associate in Training and Development, Senior Associate in Data Analytics, and Coordinator of the Business Resource Center, from 2022 to 2025. Ryan is focused on driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration, with expertise in continuous improvement and automation business performance at the Amgen Capability Center.
