Sandy Nelson

Sandy Nelson is currently the Director of Development Operations for Biosimilars at Amgen. They have held various positions in the biotechnology and food industries, including strategic sourcing and product development at Amgen and CKE Restaurants, Inc. Before their tenure at Amgen, Sandy served as a Sourcing Manager at Disneyland Resort and worked as a Purchasing Agent at Prandium. They also owned Main Street Confections from 2004 to 2007. Sandy earned an MBA in Business Management from USC Marshall School of Business and is pursuing a BS in Biochemistry and an MS in Nutritional Science at California State University, Long Beach.
