Shane Hall

Shane Hall has over two decades of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with a focus on biosimilars at Amgen since 2003. Currently serving as the Product Team Lead for Biosimilars, Shane oversees product strategy across various operational and regulatory functions. Previous roles include Global Operations Lead and Global Operations Launch Lead for biosimilars, where significant contributions were made to product launches and operational strategy. Shane also has a robust background in supply chain management, having led product demand planning and inventory control for both commercial and pipeline assets. Earlier in the career, Shane held positions in engineering and consulting, supporting technical operations and facilitating equipment sales. Educational credentials include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Biochemical and Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
