Sharon Bennett, PMP, is an accomplished Program and Project Management Leader with extensive experience in the Pharma and Biotech industries. They have held key roles, including Technical Program Lead at Novartis Gene Therapies, where they advanced gene therapies from pre-IND through clinical and commercial phases. Previously, as a Senior Project Manager at Ethicon, Inc., they led medical device development projects to commercialization. Sharon also owns a consulting business and currently serves as the Director of Global Program Management at Amgen. They earned a BS in Chemistry from Illinois State University and completed an online certificate program at Harvard Medical School in 2023.
