Simon McElroy is an accomplished engineering professional with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin, graduating in 2025 with a perfect 4.00 GPA and First Class Honours. Simon gained valuable experience as a Product Design Intern at FoodMarble from January to August 2024 and as a Summer Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Notre Dame in May to August 2023. Currently, Simon holds the position of Associate Automation Engineer at Amgen, starting in September 2025.
