Solange Powell

Solange Powell currently serves as the Global Talent Experience & Engagement Lead at Amgen, where responsibilities include leading initiatives for professional development and networking, particularly for Black employees through the ASCEND Mentorship Program. Previously held various positions at Amgen, including Senior Manager for Patient Access & Reimbursement and Manager for Access and Reimbursement Operations. Between January 2017 and August 2018, Solange worked at CareMetx, LLC, as a Patient Access & Reimbursement Manager and Program Supervisor. Additionally, Solange served as Chair at Washingtonians for Young Performing Artists from September 2011 to August 2018, and held roles at Covance from February 2010 to June 2016, focusing on operations supervision and program management.
