Stephen Sardini

Stephen Sardini, Ph.D., is a Senior Scientist at Amgen specializing in Medicinal Chemistry. They are currently conducting research in enantioselective transformations and the asymmetric total synthesis of marine sesterterpene natural products at the California Institute of Technology, where they previously served as a postdoctoral researcher. Stephen completed their Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at Indiana University, focusing on transition metal catalysis for the stereoselective functionalization of alkenes. Prior to this, they held positions as a lab technician at Mars Petcare and a teaching assistant at The Ohio State University.
