Sushil Pathak

Sushil Pathak is an experienced IT leader currently serving as Global ERP Director and ERP India Lead at Amgen, where responsibilities include developing ERP strategies aligned with global objectives and managing a diverse team of ERP professionals. Previously, Sushil held the position of Vice President IT at Heubach, crafting IT strategies to enhance operational effectiveness, and served as Head IT&D at Reckitt, where Sushil established a Global Capability Center and delivered significant impact through intelligent automation. Additional roles include Regional CIO at BIC, overseeing IT integration in a digital transformation initiative, and Delivery Manager at Deloitte India, managing S4 HANA implementations for major clients. Sushil holds a PGDM in Business Administration from NMIMS and completed a PGDM in Retail Management at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
