Thomas Hayes possesses extensive experience in clinical research and management, beginning with an internship as an Assistant Technical Officer in Histology at Peterborough & Stamford Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in 2011. Following this, Thomas held various roles at ERT, including Project Assistant and Cardiac Safety Specialist, from September 2013 to December 2014.
