Tim Bayer

Tim Bayer is currently the Head of Sales at Amgen, a position held since 2023. Previously, from 2020 to 2022, Tim held several executive roles at Amgen, including Executive Director of U.S. Field Capabilities and Executive Director of U.S. Field Excellence. Tim was also recognized for outstanding contributions as “Marketer of the Year” and “Coach of the Year” during their tenure. Earlier in their career, Tim worked at Abbott in various Manufacturing and Engineering positions and received the “Chairman’s Award” for impactful process improvements.
