Tim Brown

Tim Brown is the Director of Business Performance at Amgen, where they lead the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies across operations globally. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Diosynth Biotechnology, including Associate Director of Clinical Release and Stability and Director of the Analytical Group. Tim has extensive experience in analytical development, quality control, and program management, with recognized expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. They earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Molecular Biology from Georgia State University, where they began their career as a Laboratory Technician.
