Tom Chambers

Tom Chambers, CPIM, is currently a Supply Chain Manager Procurement at Amgen, with a dedication to optimizing operations and driving process improvements. They previously served as a Senior Manager in Commercial Supply Chain at Arcutis Biotherapeutics, having developed planning forecasts and designed infrastructure for ERP transitions. Chambers has extensive experience as a Supply Chain Planning Manager at Novartis Gene Therapies, where they implemented forecasting and inventory management processes for a new manufacturing site. Their earlier roles include positions at Biogen, Novozymes, and Guerbet, where they consistently led initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Chambers holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
