Tracy Householder is a Senior Quality Specialist and Global Process Owner with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly at Amgen. They began their career at Dosage Form Manufacturing, progressing to lead roles before assuming significant responsibilities in managing new product introductions and quality assurance processes at Amgen. Tracy has been involved in project management, training staff, and overseeing nonconformance investigations, and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Organizational Leadership at the University of Idaho.
