Troy Wright is a decisive leader currently serving as Senior Director of Regulatory at Amgen, where they specialize in Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, and Engineering within the biopharmaceutical industry. With extensive experience leading both global and local teams, they have held various key roles at Amgen, including Director of Operational Excellence and Senior Manager of Engineering, where they implemented significant process improvements and managed large teams. Troy began their career at Imperial Sugar Company as a Project Manager/Process Engineer, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Refining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
