William Kormany is currently the Medical Director of Global Safety at Amgen. They completed their pediatric residency at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine from 1986 to 1989 and subsequently worked as a Pediatrician at Northwest Pediatrics until 2000. They served as Medical Director of Pharmacovigilance at Abbott Laboratories from 2000 to 2005 and then as Executive Medical Director at Ovation Pharmaceuticals until 2008. Kormany earned a BA in Biochemistry, Cell & Molecular Biology from Northwestern University and an MD from the University of Illinois College of Medicine.
