Reece has held various roles, including Director of Key Accounts at AMI Group, where they manage wine supply chains, enhance operational efficiencies, and oversee significant programs like Amtrak's wine and cocktail offerings. Reece previously contributed to inventory management and process improvements at Intervine and worked in guest relations and private function planning at Waterford Wines Estate. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Stellenbosch University.
