AMI means a friend (in French). A true friend has a special place in everyone’s lives. He/she supports us in thick & thin, wipes our tears and also peps us up to raise the bar every single time to overcome difficult situations. AMI is a friend that promises to be with you throughout and transform your professional as well as personal being by helping to Awaken and Maximise your Inner Potential.

AMI is built on strong foundations and carries a long legacy of Yoga Sadhana Kendra (YSK). Over the past 30 years Yoga Sadhana Kendra has not only taught yoga to more than 25000 participants but made it an integral part of their lives. Yoga Sadhana Kendra has won many prestigious accolades over the last 3 decades –

Jamnalal Bajaj Award for Fair Business Practices in 2004
Recognised by Lions’ Club Chembur for outstanding contribution to Society
Felicitated by Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research for work done in Yoga
As the organisation has kept reinventing itself, it has now taken a more contemporary form as AMI Yoga.
