Chaya Pamula

Chaya Pamula is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in technology, business management, and nonprofit leadership. As Co-Founder, President, and CEO of PamTen since 2011, Chaya has provided innovative technology and staffing solutions to various organizations, including Fortune 500 companies. Chaya founded SheTek in 2018 to enhance women's representation in the tech industry and serves as the Director. In addition, Chaya is a Board Director at Metropolitan Commercial Bank and an Investor & Partner at Amicus Brain Innovations, focusing on AI-powered decision support for aging adults. Chaya established SOFKIN, a nonprofit organization supporting underprivileged children, and has held significant roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, HCL – HEWLETT PACKARD, and Voltas Limited. Chaya holds an MBA from Osmania University and completed an executive education program in Leading Product Innovation at Harvard Business School.
