Biji Eldhose is an experienced estimator with a strong background in construction management and civil engineering. Currently serving as an estimator at Amicus since August 2023, Biji previously held roles at SHAPE Australia, where responsibilities included estimator and estimating coordinator from November 2020 to September 2023, as well as contributing to significant projects as an estimating assistant at Ireland Brown Constructions Pty Ltd from May 2019 to July 2020. Notable achievements include producing a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for a $40 million sports project within a tight deadline, which resulted in substantial time savings. Earlier experience includes a junior engineering role at Sobha Ltd., where Biji effectively resolved disputes and mentored interns, and internships that provided foundational knowledge in construction processes and estimation.
