Ignacio Rico has a diverse work experience in architecture and project management. Ignacio currently serves as the Pre-Construction & Operations Lead at Amicus, where they help clients reimagine their spaces to inspire employees and impress customers. Prior to this, Ignacio worked as a Contracts Administrator at arete Australia. Ignacio also gained extensive experience as a Project Manager at Valmont, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively managing stakeholders' expectations. Ignacio has also worked as a Project Manager at PROTECH HOSPITALITY FITOUTS, planning and executing hospitality projects of various scales. In their early career, they worked as an Architect at Unoarq, leading the design, development, and construction management of commercial and industrial projects. Ignacio started their career as a Junior Architect at Juan María Altgelt & Asoc and worked as an Undergraduate Architect at Urgell - Penedo - Urgell, where they gained experience in drafting, documenting, and assisting in the construction of hotel projects.

Ignacio Rico completed their Bachelor degree in Architecture from the University of Buenos Aires in the years 1999 to 2006. In 2009, they pursued a Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Architecture at the Universidad de Palermo. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1998, Ignacio attended Cardinal Newman College where they obtained a Bachelor degree with orientation in Science and Art.
