Steve Cook

Steve Cook has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a board member at Texas State Historical Association since 2010. Prior to that, they served as the Director at Primoris Corp., a large specialty contractor and engineering company, from 2008 onwards. In 2004, Steve became the President of the Foundation for Amigos de las Americas, a support organization for an international youth services organization. Before that, they held the position of President and CEO at Fieldstone Partners, a specialized merchant banking firm, starting from 1990.

Steve Cook attended Princeton University from 1967 to 1971, where they earned their A.B. degree in Economics. Following this, from 1972 to 1974, they pursued their MBA degree in Finance at Harvard Business School.
