Gianne has previously held roles such as Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leader at Heat Makes Sense, Inc., Creative Director at the WELL Summit, and Associate Director of Programming & DEI at Innovation Studio, focusing on initiatives for Black and LatinX entrepreneurs.
