Laverne Rush

Laverne (Vernon) Rush is an Executive Director with over 20 years of diverse experience in operations management and military service. Currently, Laverne serves as the Executive Director at AMIkids and has been a Workforce Development Specialist with the United States Department of Defense since 2016. Laverne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Trinity University, a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Liberty University, and a Doctor of Counseling from the University of Detroit Mercy. A skilled communicator and strategic leader, Laverne is known for successful program implementation and cross-functional coordination.
