Jackline Tum

Jackline Tum is an emerging professional in the fields of technology and agriculture, currently contributing to the Edge Impulse Expert Network since March 2023. As a co-organizer at TinyMLKenya since January 2022 and co-founder of Ibees, an innovative AI-powered beehive solution, Jackline is dedicated to improving agricultural practices and supporting beekeepers. Previously, as an undergraduate research assistant at the Kenya Space Agency, Jackline developed a machine learning and GIS application that aids small-scale farmers in mapping crops and predicting yields. Jackline Tum holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dedan Kimathi University of Technology, with education completed at Moi Girls High School Eldoret.
