Aminim has acquired more than 11,000 apartment units in the United States, and over 4.5 million square feet of logistics, industrial, and other commercial space in growth markets spread throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

Aminim’s experienced senior management team has guided the company through a transaction volume of over $3 billion in acquisitions and exits, and our driven and dedicated team continues to actively grow Aminim’s portfolio across multiple CRE asset classes.

In 2021, Aminim established the Apexus Logistics Real Estate Fund (www.apexusfund.com), expanding its acquisition capacity in the logistics and industrial sectors.
