Ryan Conlon is currently the Engineering Technical Lead at Amira Learning, where they spearheaded the launch of a new Microlearning Product and lead a full-stack development team. With over 20 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Ryan has worked on various projects, including game development and simulation applications. Previously, they served as Software Engineering Manager at Istation, managing and mentoring multiple teams to transition proprietary technology to web development. Ryan holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor and has held security clearances, including TS and SCI. Their professional journey encompasses roles at notable companies such as Boeing and Gearbox Software, where they contributed to advanced game mechanics and simulation tools.
