The leadership team at AML3D has a strong background in welding and engineering. The team's director of R&D previously worked at K-TIG, and the principal engineer/director worked at AML Consulting Engineers. Both have a mechanical and welding engineering background from various companies. The team is also well-educated, with the director of R&D having a degree in Welding Engineering from Cranfield University and the principal engineer/director having a degree in (Distinction) from Deakin University.
