AMLab, is a Perth based control systems engineering company that specialises in industrial automation, in particular the delivery of software systems used to monitor and control mobile plant equipment at container terminals, mining and heavy industry. 

Areas of specialist competence include:
- Ship to shore cranes, ARMGs, RTGs, ship loader control systems, production systems, deep analytics, optimisation and automation.
- 3D LiDAR applications in heavy industry.

Over the years supplying industrial automation systems in ports, mining, minerals and energy sectors, the enormous cost of accidents and inefficiencies have been seen; most significantly, the tragic loss of human life.
