Federico Bertagna

Federico Bertagna is an experienced operations and sales leader currently serving as Director of Operations & Plant Manager at Ammann Group since May 2019, overseeing global production of asphalt plants, paving machines, and road recycling equipment. Previously held roles include Head of Project Sales Management and Product Manager for the Road Asphalt Recycle business line, managing teams and developing business strategies on an international scale. Prior positions at Thyssenkrupp and ZF Group involved significant responsibilities in global sales management, business development, and customer relations across various regions including Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Federico's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and an International Master's from the United States Air Force Academy.
