Anders Pedersen

Anders Pedersen is a Quality Manager at Ammeraal Beltech, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Anders held multiple roles in management and engineering, including Production Manager at Kiilto and HSE Manager, where they spearheaded safety initiatives and reduced absenteeism. Anders also gained international experience as a Hydrographic Surveyor with Teledyne RESON and in the Forsvaret. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern Denmark and have advanced certifications in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
