Andy Ross has extensive experience in design and product management, holding key positions since 1990. Beginning as a Design Draughtsman at PFE International, Andy progressed to Design Engineer at Goss Components Limited, where responsibilities included working with complex specifications and client engagement. From 1998 to 2001, Andy served as Senior Design Engineer at Schroeder & Bauer, overseeing the design office and advising clients on component design and production. Currently, as Head of UK Product Management & Marketing at Ammeraal Beltech since February 2001, Andy is responsible for B2B marketing, technical training, client support, portfolio management, and product sales for conveyor belting products across the UK and Ireland.
