I am Anne Marie, Founder/Director at AMO health. I am a qualified Physiotherapist with over 20 years experience in helping individuals and teams reduce pain, improve posture, exercise appropriately, prevent injury and enhance their overall well-being. I have extensive experience delivering H&S training in a large NHS trust with around 16,000 employees in a variety of roles, small retail companies and the education sector. I specialise in addressing workplace health challenges, including safety during manual handling activities, the impact of menopause at work and the prevalence of conditions, such as back pain and tech neck, caused by prolonged screen time and poor ergonomics. Through my clinical experience I provide expert health advice to business/ organisations, that is knowledgeable, relevant and up to date. My expertise as a clinician in musculoskeletal management and rehabilitation of work related injuries, facilitating return to work enhances my commitment to injury prevention in the workplace.

I have developed a suite of customised Menopausal Awareness Programmes to improve knowledge and educate women and employers. I am passionate about empowering women to help break the silence around Menopause and foster a greater understanding of its impact. I provide advice on workplace supports to remove barriers to female progress and inclusion.
