Originally established in 1965 as the Finnish toy distributor Amo Oy, the company expanded its footprint in 2013 with the formation of AMO Toys Scandinavia, uniting operations in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden to strengthen its Nordic presence. Today, AMO Toys is part of the privately owned Bergsala NDP and is headquartered in Helsinki, with local offices in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
