Banton has a strong background in online marketing and eCommerce, with prior roles including eCommerce Manager at Bedroom Athletics and GateMotors.co.uk, as well as E-tail Development Manager at ExtremePie.com. Responsibilities have included managing paid search campaigns, employing SEO techniques, site development using HTML, PHP, and MySQL, data analysis, and team management. Earlier experience includes an IT Manager position at Hargreaves Sports. Phil Banton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computing from the University of Greenwich.
