Phil Jefferies

Phil Jefferies is the Managing Director for amoena in the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, where they oversee all commercial activities including P&L management and distribution channels. With 20 years of experience in the medical device sector, Phil has held various leadership roles, including a Business Leader position at Cardinal Health and over 17 years at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on driving growth and talent development. Phil also served as a Market and Business Development Director at Essity and worked as an independent consultant in the medical devices field. They hold a BSc (Hons) in Maritime Studies and Business Studies from Southampton Solent University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Wolverhampton.
