Don Nelson

Don Nelson is a Health, Safety, and Environment Director with extensive experience in process safety, talent development, and project leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Process Safety at Amogy, they previously held various roles at Albemarle Corporation, including Safety and Process Safety Manager and Health, Safety and Environment Audit Director. Don directed global HSE audit teams and trained international auditors, while also leading initiatives to improve safety performance across multiple sites. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
