Anat Bar-Gera

Anat is a Venture Partner at aMoon. She serves as aMoon’s liaison in Europe, where she supports aMoon’s portfolio companies by connecting them to various potential strategic partners, as well as connecting aMoon to potential investments and investors.

Anat was a serial entrepreneur with several successful exits. This experience drives her passion to support entrepreneurs and CEOs following the same path; to help them create value and achieve success.

She co-founded, scaled, and sold several pan-European telecom operators and internet companies: Wimax Telecom (acquired by Nextwave, publicly traded on Nasdaq), surfEU (acquired by Tiscali, traded on Milan stock exchange), RSLCom Austria (acquired by RSLCom, traded on Nasdaq) and Airpage (acquired by Telenor). She also co-founded, scaled and sold the first sub-Saharan 4G internet operator, YooMee Africa (acquired by an African business family). Anat served as a CEO, Board member or a chairwoman in these companies.

She is a member of the World Economic Forum’s European Digital Leaders, the Steering committee of Digital Switzerland, the Board of UNICEF Switzerland, the Advisory Council of the INSEAD Center for Entrepreneurship, and the Board of the Swiss Society for the Technion.

Anat was previously the Chairwoman of Cyverse AG, which opened the Swiss and European market for best-in-class Israeli cyber-security and technology startups. She also served on the Board of Bank of Cyprus, the largest Bank in Cyprus, where she focused on Digital Transformation.

Prior to her entrepreneurial career, Anat was an Investment Banker at UBS (Zurich), and a lawyer at Goldfarb, Levy, Giniger (Tel-Aviv).

Anat holds an MBA from INSEAD, France, and an LL.B. from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
