Amy Kincaid is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in advocacy, chaplaincy, and legal support. Currently serving as a Program Supervisor for the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts in the Guardian ad Litem program since April 2017, Amy also works as a Chaplain for AMOREM since August 2021. In addition, Amy is a member of the Board of Trustees at Western Piedmont Community College since September 2018 and has held the role of Notary Public with the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State since July 1997. Previous positions include Paralegal at Burke County Social Services and as a Paralegal Legal Assistant at the Law Office of Victor N. Yamouti. Amy Kincaid holds a Master of Divinity in Christian Ministry from North Greenville University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Lees-McRae College.
