Will McGinn has over fourteen years of work experience. In 2021, they became the Co-Founder & COO of AmorSui. In 2020, they founded and became the Chief Consultant of To-Do Consulting, headquartered in NYC. Will also became a Network Member at the co-lab in 2020. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Merchandise & Project Manager for Men's Woven Shirts & Outerwear at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC., driving $110M in annual sales across the U.S. and Canada (online & in-store). From 2013 to 2011, they were the Senior Merchant at Brooklyn Industries, responsible for 60% of the total company's annual revenue of $17M. From 2011 to 2008, they were a Merchant at Brooklyn Industries. From 2008 to 2006, they were an Associate Merchant at J.Crew. From 2006 to 2008, they were a Merchandise Assistant at American Eagle Outfitters.

Will McGinn obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Notre Dame between 2002 and 2006, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business between 2002 and 2006. In addition, they obtained a Shopify Essential Training certification from LinkedIn in December 2020, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in June 2020, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in March 2020.
