Allison Dam

Allison Dam is currently the Head of Compliance and Assurance at AMP, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as a Senior Compliance Manager and Risk Lead at AMP Bank from 2020 to 2023. Allison has also worked as an SVP in Independent Compliance Risk Management at Citi from 2018 to 2020 and was the Head of Risk and Compliance at the Credit and Investments Ombudsman from 2013 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they were a lawyer at MSA National from 2003 to 2007. Allison holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.
