Andrew McGregor

As Head of Debt Advisory at AMP Capital, Andrew leads a team of dedicated professionals and is responsible for all major debt advisory transactions, Andrew is the primary interface for over 40 relationship banks, bond investors, finance lawyers, transaction advisors and rating agencies. Andrew’s transaction experience covers Infrastructure, Energy & Utilities, Real Estate, Aged Care and Private Equity sectors and has involved raising funds in several local and international debt and capital markets. Prior to joining AMP Capital in 2003 to establish the Debt Advisory team, Andrew trained as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in the Enterprise Group, providing risk assurance, financial modelling, insolvency and management consulting services, after which Andrew was employed in several positions within the Finance team at United Energy Limited (UEL), including the roles of Finance Manager and Assistant Treasurer.
