Caroline Lim

Caroline Lim has over a decade of experience at AMP, currently serving as Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement since November 2011. In this role, Caroline leads a team focused on establishing process excellence standards and governance while enhancing enterprise-wide capability in process modeling and improvement. Previous positions at AMP include Continuous Improvement Manager, Manager Process Centre of Excellence, and Process Analyst, where Caroline collaborated with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving client and employee experiences. Earlier experience includes roles in operations management and customer support. Caroline's educational background includes a Commerce degree from Deakin University and certifications in Six Sigma and Training and Assessment.
