Daniel Hill

Daniel Hill is an experienced Agile Coach currently working at AMP, where they focus on enhancing delivery performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Previously, they held the role of Agile Coach at ANZ, where they facilitated Scrum and Kanban teams, and served as a Delivery Lead at City West Water, implementing Lean Agile governance in digital delivery. Daniel's expertise also includes leading teams at MLC Life Insurance, where they managed a group of Business Analysts and designed training programs, as well as consulting roles at bp and Source Agility. With a Bachelor's degree in IT from Swinburne University, Daniel is committed to empowering teams to achieve end-to-end customer outcomes through effective ways of working and technology engagement.
