David Johansson

David Johansson has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. David worked at AMP from 2019 to the present, where they served as the Director of Strategy, Organizational Development & Analytics and Head of People Strategy & Analytics. In these roles, they focused on driving improvements in return on investment in human capital and organizational effectiveness through strategy design, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Prior to their time at AMP, David worked at EY from 2017 to 2019 as a Senior Manager in People Advisory Services. During this time, they provided management consulting and led client engagements in sectors such as financial services, energy, transport, and government. David was responsible for delivering value to clients through the development of company purpose and vision, people strategy, and organizational design.

Before joining EY, David worked at Commonwealth Bank from 2011 to 2017. David held various executive manager roles, including Strategy & Design and OCM & Lending Support & Risk. In these positions, David played a key role in driving customer engagement, revenue growth, and business improvement. David led strategic planning, channel experience design, and the implementation of Agile delivery models.
