Declan Finlay

Declan Finlay is a Cyber Engineering Specialist at AMP, where responsibilities include managing Adversary Emulation Simulations, deploying EDR, SIEM, SOAR, and TIP capabilities, and overseeing WAF management. Previously, Declan served as a Security Engineering Analyst at AMP and worked in Cyber Detection and Response, focusing on threat triage and forensic analysis. Declan's experience includes an internship in Information Security and Governance at the Department of Communities WA, where policy development and network audits were performed, and a software development internship at The University of Western Australia. Declan holds a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security from Edith Cowan University.
