Laura Bridge

Laura Bridge is a seasoned professional in organizational development and change management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Organisational Development at AMP since May 2023, where Laura drives culture change towards a purpose-led organization. Prior to this, Laura worked at AMP Capital from July 2018 to May 2023 as Change & Communications Lead, overseeing change initiatives across complex M&A and transformation projects. Laura also held the position of Change Manager at Westpac for a brief period in 2018 and Project Change Manager for Global Brand & Marketing at Lloyds Banking Group from September 2011 to April 2017, where multiple change projects were led to support marketing transformation. Laura’s early career included a role as Human Resources Manager as part of a graduate scheme, providing comprehensive HR support. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management Science from Loughborough University.
