Malcolm Dore

Malcolm Dore has an extensive work experience spanning several companies. Malcolm worked as the Director of People Services and Director of Operating Model Transformation at AMP from 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they held the role of Asia Pacific HR Director at Halyard Health from 2015 to 2018. In 2013, Malcolm served as the Head of Talent and Development at Woolworths Limited. Malcolm also had various roles at Thomson Reuters, including Global Head of Human Resources, Emerging Markets and Regional Head of Human Resources, Asia-Pacific. Malcolm started their career at AMP, where they held multiple positions such as Human Resources Director and HR Lead for integration projects.

Malcolm Dore earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney between 1986 and 1988. Malcolm later pursued a Master of Business degree with a focus on Employment Relations at the University of Technology Sydney from 1991 to 1995.
